What We Believe
St James' Catholic School is a year 1 to 6 Catholic Integrated primary school that offers a Catholic education to up to 270 children. The school is a Roman Catholic School in which the whole community, through the general school programme and its religious education and observances exercises the right to live and teach the values of Jesus Christ.

We are preparing our students for the next steps in their life of learning and participation in society, supported by their faith/whakapono and understanding of Catholic living. We will nurture our students to become SUPER Achievers.
Enrolment
Students whose families have an established religious connection with the Catholic character of the school will be given a preference enrolment. Non preference enrolments are restricted to five percent of the maximum roll and depend upon vacancies at the time of enrolment.
